General Information
SCHOOL HOURS
- Children should time their arrival in the mornings to arrive after 8.30am. The playground will be cleared at 3:30pm, unless children are under the direct supervision of a teacher for such activities as sports practice or kapa haka practice.
ABSENCES
- Any absence from school should be explained in a note to the relevant teacher on the first day back after such absence. For safety reasons we encourage parents to ring school if their child is going to be absent that day. A note is still required on the child’s return.
NEW ENTRANTS
- Mr Scot Kinley, Principal, would like to meet parents and children at least two weeks before the child’s fifth birthday, and would ask parents to ring the office to make an appointment for such a visit at least 3 weeks before your child is due to start. Final enrolment details will be taken at this time - it is necessary for the child’s Birth Certificate and Immunisation Certificate to be shown.
